Albyn works offers great flexibility with 24/7 access and CCTV. We’re in the heart of the eclectic and growing activity here in the vibrant Kelham Island and Neepsend area.

Due to Covid restrictions and the way the business operates our manned reception is now more of an online e-reception and we will pick up and respond to emails to info@albynworks.co.uk (9 - 5) and can easily arrange viewings or deal with enquiries. We visit our reception to make sure the post is delivered and to deal with on-site queries. Cleaners visit every other day to ensure the common parts and loos are all fresh and smart too.

We are easy to find on here on the junction of Burton Road/Percy Street and the parking on Burton Road and Percy Street is free. From the city centre, you can get the bus (83) which stops on Mowbray Street so is a minute to our door or the tram to Shalesmoor which is only 5 minutes walk away. The bus returning to town has a stop just outside our door on Burton Road. Live in town and fancy clocking up your steps it is only a 15 minute walk from the city centre. Access to the M1 couldn’t be easier with easy access to inner ring roads out of Sheffield.
